Got an estimate from Charlie to insulate our duplex - set up an appointment and they arrived on time and ready to go. Job was quickly completed; Charlie and team were professional and clean - covering clothes in the closet where our attic access is with plastic to avoid any mess and sweeping up any fallen pieces of insulation. Though they are not on the list provided by FPL, they do accept the insulation vouchers so that is a plus. Our house is now cool and comfortable - would recommend to anyone looking to have insulation work done.
Very Honest crew, did not get the pleasure to meet the owners in person, but can tell alot about them by the crew that came over my house. Charlie and Ian did an amazing job. I did get a chance to talk to Pauline by phone and i must say her dispatching skills are awesome and seems based very much on clients need. She gave me a reminder call the day prior and crew called when on the way. They arrived on time which is not common at all with companies based out off south Florida. Â Great prices, even took upon my neighboors attic on short noticed. Â Awesome overall experience.
