Although we have significant experience in the development of both commercial and residential real estate, our focus is on the investment of capital in niche opportunities that are typically real estate related. We concentrate on opportunities in the real estate industry where we perceive an advantageous edge in the risk / reward investment balance.
Our investment activities are divided into two segments: 1) the purchase of tax lien certificates and tax deeds; and 2) the making of private loans collateralized by real estate assets. We seek to make investments in assets that are not generally marketed to the investment community and require detailed due diligence and active hands on management.
