Fontainebleau Apartments is a 168,00 square foot 7 story 133 unit luxury apartment building. This project features 9Â’ ceilings, European style contemporary cabinetry with solid surface tops wood look flooring throughout the living and bedroom areas. Community Amenities include a state of the art roof top amenity deck including a pool, cabanas and fitness center.
Stuart Maserati Alfa Romeo is a state of the art 21,978 square foot two level design auto dealership and 10 airconditioned bay service department. Stuart Maserati features large format porcelain tile and polished concrete floors throughout as well as frameless butt glazing office walls. This dealership has a two story showroom with a second floor customer service lounge overlooking the service bays.
Hotel Morrison is a seven story 97,187 square foot limited-service boutique hotel consisting of 143 hotel rooms and suites. Hotel Morrison was constructed of hollow core plank and featured floor to ceiling glazing system in each room. This hotel features large meeting space, lobby bar and limited-service dining area, roof top pool and fitness center along with a state of the art business center.
Bay Parc Apartments is a 39 floor 470 unit rental apartment project where Bluewater is performing full floor renovation while the balance of the building is occupied. The unit renovation include new fire sprinkler system, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new plumbing and electrical fixtures, new AC units and water heaters as well as new flooring throughout.
