The new company, Contract Builders Hardware, Inc., continued business until early 1963., Seven employees, James C. Carroll, Arthur H. Uhler AHC, Emmet E. Sasser AHC, Robert J. Forbes AHC, Robert W. McPhail AHC, Jack R. Stewart, and Robert R. Dominguez, AHC, using their own personal funds, formed a new company and Construction Hardware Co. was born!
