I'd had heating and AC issues the were never really fixed until CSA sent over a tech that spotted the problem. Sounded like it was going to cost a fortune. When they sent a quote I jumped on it. I feared 4 x that. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and the work area was left clean. Kudos toCSA We finally made the decision to have an HVAC system installed in our home (complicated proposition as the house is a tri-level built in the 70s, not remotely set up for AC.) The first company we called on a recommendation set up an appointment, failed to show and did not return phone calls thereafter. We tried CSA on another recommendation and not only did they return our call immediately, but Chad came by that day to explain how he could accomplish what we need and give us a quote. That was 3 days ago. We expected they wouldn't be able to fit us in for several weeks, but they're here now, working hard, and have been since 0730 this morning. The guys have been polite, courteous and clearly have a great work ethic. So far, we're very happy with their service. We recently purchased a house with new heating & air conditioning unit installed by previous owner. Â CSA was the installer. Â After using the heater for a few days, we ran into issue. Â CSA came out to investigate and had the problem resolved within a week. Â We are please with their customer service.
